State 2: After implementing a sales process, building a sales structure, designing a sales culture, emphasizing service repair and maintenance to establish and build relationships, powering up the brand, adding a referral program. They are crushing it and just getting warmed up.

Timeframe: $3 – $11.5 + Million of controlled growth over 5 years.

Story: In 2014, I launched a coaching division to support and accelerate the results of our CRM users. I added this to our offering because most roofing companies didn’t have the degree of focus and business acumen to fully appreciate the software’s power. Code Red Roofers, a residential repair and replacement company for single and multi-family homes brought me on, becoming my first coaching client. Essentially, they were the guinea pig for me as a trainer, consultant, and coach. They immediately saw massive and immediate improvements in closing ratio, deal sizes, selling cycle and overall sales accountability. They now have the most google reviews in their area, by far. They’ve been able to add high performing staff, increase marketing awareness, give back to the community and have more resources to build what they want. They’ve expanded to two additional locations throughout the state and have truly differentiated themselves in their market as “the roofer to chase”.
