David has over a decade of sales leadership experience. Combining his passion for winning with a determination for success, he has become an essential contributor to the evolution and continued growth of Sales Transformation Group.
David has led teams from 3-16, helping account executives strategize opportunities and crush quotas. Prior to leadership as an individual contributor, David worked with contractors to close $100M in revenue.
He is a nationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert in the field of sales and digital marketing.
Ryan Groth
CEO and Founder

Ryan Groth grew up in a family that owned a construction company and saw firsthand the challenges of inconsistent sales systems. After his pro baseball career, he helped launch a CRM for commercial roofing contractors, which ignited his passion for training sales teams and led to the creation of Sales Transformation Group.
Since then, Ryan has transformed over 500 contracting and building materials businesses through his model. A frequent speaker at industry events, Ryan energizes audiences at trade shows and stadiums alike.
Outside of work, Ryan is a dedicated family man, coaching his five children with his wife Lindsay. He also enjoys surfing and serving his church.
